Fall Birding

Birds undertake their spectacular fall migration as the days get shorter and the weather slowly shifts toward winter. We usually concentrate on spring migration, but avian migration happens twice a year, as birds fly thousands of miles through the night. Some rest and refuel along the way to the Sterling Nature Center, giving us the opportunity to observe them. Enjoy the fall landscape as we seek out the bird life of the Sterling Nature Center.
