About The Event

This hands-on workshop invites students to explore the hidden world of small organisms living in different aquatic habitats. Using microscopes, students will compare organisms found in creek environments with those from shoreline habitats. We will discuss how habitat conditions influence the types of organisms that live there and what these tiny creatures can tell us about ecosystem health. This program encourages close observation, critical thinking, and an appreciation for the diversity of life that often goes unnoticed.

All children must be registered in advance. Please complete a separate registration for each child.
