He will share his work with the NOAA Deepwater Shipwreck Expedition conducted in May 2025 within the Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary. Lake Ontario holds a rich maritime history, with many historic shipwrecks resting beneath its waters. The sanctuary works to protect these sites while exploring and sharing their stories. Come learn how modern research is uncovering and preserving this important part of our region’s past.
