About The Event
Preparing for the eclipse
Saturday March 30, 1pm
Join the Cayuga County 4-H STEM program and the Sterling Nature Center on Saturday, March 30th, from 1:00-2:30 pm for hands-on learning about solar energy. We will be building crafts that demonstrate how to harness the energy of the sun for heat and electrical energy, sometimes in surprising ways! Students aged 6-12 with their parents are welcome to this free event. Please call (315) 957-6143 to register. Sterling Nature Center is located at 15730 Jensvold Rd, Sterling, NY 13156.
