Family Yoga at the Sterling Nature Center
Spend some quality time together while enjoying the benefits of yoga in a fun and welcoming setting. Family Yoga is designed for children and the adults who care for them, offering a chance to move, stretch, laugh, and connect together through simple poses and activities.
No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Participation is free, though donations to support the Sterling Nature Center are always appreciated.
