After last year’s sold-out AmeriCosmos performance, Matt Venuti returns to the Sterling Nature Center with his newest show, SonoCosmos.

This special evening marks the beginning of the Friends of Sterling Nature Center’s year-end fundraising campaign. Proceeds help support programs, projects, events, educational opportunities, and improvements at the Nature Center.

The evening begins with a reception at 6:00 PM featuring cheese, crackers, and light bites. Wine and cider will be available for purchase. SonoCosmos begins at 7:00 PM.

Journey Through the Cosmos in 4K, scored live!

SonoCosmos is Matt’s latest immersive live performance, combining electronic and acoustic instruments with deep-space 4K visuals scored in real time. Sweeping imagery of nebulae, planetary bodies, and celestial phenomena becomes part of a live musical journey through the cosmos.

About Matt Venuti

Matt Venuti is a multi-instrumentalist and artist who brings together acoustic and electronic instruments, live looping, expressive vocals, and visual imagery. He is a veteran touring and recording artist with two Top-10 albums and has performed in theaters, planetariums, performing arts centers, and at TED and TEDx conferences. He has also been awarded artist residencies at National Parks.

Tickets

Tickets are $20 and include the SonoCosmos performance and reception.

Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Sterling Nature Center. During our fall and winter hours, the building is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Last year’s performance sold out, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets early.
