1:00 PM – Gentle Stretch Yoga (bring a yoga mat)
2:00 PM – Chair Yoga (great for all mobility levels)
3:00 PM – Gentle Yoga (bring a yoga mat)
These classes are designed to help you unwind, move mindfully, and connect with your body at your own pace. All are welcome—no experience needed.
Juliana offers her time and instruction generously and simply asks for a small donation in place of a class fee.
