Nature Centered Yoga
Join us Thursday nights at 5 pm at Sterling Nature Center for a peaceful yoga session in partnership with North Coast Yoga. Please bring a mat, a blanket, and a couple of straps. While there is no set fee, we encourage a small donation to support the Sterling Nature Center.
